While eating flax seeds is fantastic for you, most people don’t receive their benefits because they just poop them out!  Flax seeds have a non-digestible shell, so make sure you either chop them up or grind them.  I personally use a coffee grinder, but I assume you could also use a mortar and pestle or something similar!
